Here and here are some thoughts on the trade by John Morgan of Field Gulls (Hint: He doesn’t like it. Also, the second link has some adult language).

Among the big winners is Chris Clemons at defensive end. If Clemons can step up, he would fill the team’s biggest hole: rushing the passer.
The losers include Will Herring, Jordan Babineaux and Cameron Morrah, who are all losing ground at their position.

Another look at Seattle’s fantasy prospects, this time from Yahoo! Sports
July 13th, 2010 at 1:14 pm by Adam McFaddenYahoo! Sports takes a crack at profiling the Seahawks’ fantasy football prospects in the latest entry of the Juggernaut Index, a series counting down NFL teams from most futile to most productive.
Seattle cracks the list at No. 27, topping the Rams, Raiders, Bills, Browns and Buccaneers.
Writer Andy Behrens starts the analysis off with the sobering fact that the Yahoo! analysts don’t think a single Seattle skill player should be starting in a 10-team league. Of course, with a new offense, things can change quickly.
