She's a classic example of what a good education, and hard work can accomplish. Of course, not every student will be a top achiever, but we MUST, and we will provide them all with the opportunity to be successful. If that means more voc-tech programs, we should get after it. If that means more sports programs for our student athletes, let's get it done. And if that means supporting young talented and musically-inclined kids, then let's make it happen. We can't let the status quo continue to fail our kids. Jim's right, we need change, and with his background in academics, this Renton resident thinks he's the one to help bring it.
