Liberty coach Steve Valach said both Jake Bainton and Chandler Jenkins should be good for Friday’s state quarterfinal game against Lindbergh.
Bainton left late in the second quarter of the first-round state game against O’Dea last week with a foot injury.
Jenkins left the field in the second half against O’Dea limping slightly, but returned a few plays later.
“Everyone is a little banged up,” Valach said in an e-mail. “But they are all good to go for Friday.”
Lindbergh doesn’t have any injury situations (other than normal wear and tear on football players this time of the season) that I’m aware of.
