St. Anthony’s students get lesson on bullying from Taproot
January 27th, 2010 at 7:00 am by Celeste GraceyStudents at St. Anthony’s will be learning how to respond and even prevent bullying through a local theater group Feb. 4.
The Taproot Theatre’s Road Company visits schools throughout Western Washington to teach kids about preventing violence and managing their emotions through plays.
The Road Company will be showing its new play Super School, which tells the story of superhero kids who aren’t allowed to use their superpowers on the playground.
It sounds like a fun way to learn these life skills. I’m planning on attending the event for a few good photo opportunities.
